Tiffany’s approach combines decades of executive transformation experience with deeply personal lessons about leading with humanity. Her proprietary CARE OS™ framework—built on the pillars of Compassion, Acknowledgment, Respect, and Empowerment—was born from her experience as a caregiver for her mother and grandmother, both of whom battled Alzheimer’s. It was there she discovered that the principles essential for preserving human dignity are the very same principles that build resilient, high-performing, and deeply human-centric teams.

Today, she translates that discovery into a proven system for solving the crisis of disconnection in the modern workplace. In today’s AI-enabled workplace, Tiffany provides leaders with a legally sound and universally resonant playbook to build the psychological safety and deep connection necessary to drive innovation, Improve retention of high-performing talent, and create cultures where everyone can thrive. Her mission is to reinvigorate humanity in the workplace.

A key focus of her work and the “How She Rises Global Initiative” is to create equitable systems that shorten the leadership runway for women from the front door to the top floor in less than 10 years.
