Coaching & Consulting Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing our coaching services. By completing your purchase, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms govern the purchase and use of all coaching services (the “Services”) offered by VirtualPartner.biz (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Description of Services
We offer professional coaching services designed to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The specific details, duration, number of sessions, and price of your selected coaching package are outlined on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Our role as coaches is to provide guidance, support, and accountability. We do not provide medical advice, therapy, or licensed financial counsel.

2. Payment and Billing Authorization

By providing your credit card information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to charge the card for the full amount of the Services selected.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered and selected, you authorize us to charge your credit card on the dates and for the amounts specified in the plan.   You are responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time. A late or missed payment may result in a temporary suspension of Services.
• Security: Your credit card details are processed securely by our payment gateway provider. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

3. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
The time for our sessions is mutually scheduled and reserved for you.

• Scheduling: It is your responsibility to schedule your coaching sessions using the booking link or method provided after your purchase.
• Client Rescheduling/Cancellation: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. To do so, please use the provided scheduling link or contact us directly. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Late Arrival: If you are late for a session, the session will end at its originally scheduled time.
• Coach Cancellation: If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and will reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality coaching services. Due to the nature of the service and the reservation of our time, our refund policy is as follows:

• Services Rendered: There are no refunds for coaching sessions that have already taken place.
• Unused Sessions: For coaching packages, you may request a refund for unused sessions within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided your first session has not yet occurred. After 14 days from purchase, or after the first session has been completed (whichever comes first), all payments become non-refundable.
• No-Shows: Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (a “no-show”) will result in the session being forfeited with no possibility of a refund or rescheduling.

5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you understand and agree that your success is dependent on your own effort, motivation, and commitment. You agree to be open, honest, and prepared for each session. You are responsible for implementing the strategies and techniques discussed during our sessions to achieve your desired results.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While we are fully committed to your success, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our coaching services. You acknowledge that coaching is a subjective service and that your results are dependent on numerous factors outside of our control, including your personal commitment and effort. Our services are not a substitute for professional therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment.

7. Confidentiality
All information you share with us during our coaching relationship will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your express consent, except where required by law or if there is a perceived risk of harm to yourself or others.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including worksheets, guides, and resources provided to you as part of the Services, are the intellectual property of VirtualPartner.biz. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or sold without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VirtualPartner.biz, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. The total liability of VirtualPartner.biz for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the Services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
